UKids - Child Care Programs Application

Thank you for your interest in UKids Child Care Programs. All applications are processed online, via this webpage; priority is given to families who are currently affiliated with the University of Utah. Due to the high volume of applications, UKids maintains a waiting list. This waitlist is for all 3 of our center locations. Once you join the waitlist, you are elligible for placement in any of the UKids--Child Care Centers. Your child will be placed on our waiting list when a completed waitlist application and fee have been received.
If you would like to apply for Summer Camp 2024, please fill out the application and select your preferred summer camp location under "Center Preferences".

- The typical wait time for a family with an infant or toddler is 18-24 months after submitting an application.
- The infant/toddler waitlist currently has 200 applicants
The mandatory waitlist application fee for on-campus UKids Child Care Centers (Presidents Circle, East Village, and Guardsman Way) is as follows:
- $100.00 per family. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee (Presidents Circle Full-Time, East Village, and Guardsman Way).
Please make sure you are applying for the correct program as this fee is NOT REFUNDABLE.

**This is the application for Summer Camp at all three UKids-Locations! To select your preferred summer camp, please indicate under "Center Preference".
Please note, submission of an application and/or application fee does not guarantee enrollment at any of the UKids Child Care Centers. You will be prompted to pay the non-refundable fee at the end of the application.

NOTE: You can be on both the Presidents Circle Hourly semester email list and the Full-Time Waitlist simultaneously. If at any point you would like to be added to the hourly email list for the upcoming semester, call (801) 587-7932.
Child Care Center Tour
If you would like to tour the UKids – Child Care Centers, please complete our online form. You are also welcome to call the centers directly and set up a tour directly with the office staff. The phone numbers are:
