Center Tour Request

This form is for requesting to schedule a tour for the UKids – Child Care Programs:

• UKids – Presidents Circle: Hourly care, Monday – Friday, priority enrollment for University of Utah students
• UKids – East Village: Full day care, 5 days (Mon – Fri), 3 days (Mon/Wed/Fri), 2 days (Tue/Thu), priority enrollment for University of Utah students
• UKids – Guardsman Way: Full day care, Monday – Friday, priority for University of Utah affiliates (student, staff, faculty)

For all other on campus child care programs, please contact those centers directly to schedule a tour.
