Child Care Information Request Form

We are happy to assist in your child care search. You can stop by our office, no need to make an appointment, we are located in the Student Union Building in room 280. If you are unable to stop by we can schedule a virtual meeting with you through Zoom or we would be happy to do a consult over the phone. To schedule a virtual meeting you can call or email.
